Privacy Policy

View our privacy policy for Candidates.

Your trust is important to us, so we take all care to protect your privacy and confidentiality. Our policy and practice comply with the requirements of the National Privacy Principles.

Collection

We collect contact-information from public sources such as web-sites and the Market Analyst, and occasionally from word-of-mouth recommendation. As we build a relationship with you and your company, we'll also ask you about your company's culture and focus.

Use and disclosure

We use that information to best fit candidates to your needs. Paul Ingle & Associates' consultants work as a single team, so information may necessarily be shared within our organisation, but is never disclosed to outsiders. Personal information such as your name and telephone number will only be disclosed to candidates at your behest, when you wish to conduct interviews.

Data quality and security

We review, update and cull all personal records on a daily basis. Electronic data are stored on a secure server with appropriate access control. Paper records are maintained in a secure area, and are destroyed by secure shredding.

In accordance with the National Privacy Principles, you are welcome to request to review any records we may hold for you at any time.

Anonymity

By the nature of our business, we need to know who you are in order to work with you. However, we do take care to de-identify references and your other opinions about candidates' work-performance, unless you request otherwise.

Sensitive information

Wherever practicable, we avoid recording sensitive information such as personal opinions and preferences. The only exceptions are references and performance-assessments, which are often necessarily personal.

Our aim is always to give you the best possible service: help us to protect your privacy.
